'An avid world traveller now retired and residing in Melbourne, Anna Dalton (nee Rogowski) returns frequently to Gippsland, enjoying the solitude of the wilderness coast of Marlo where she finds inspiration for her painting, writing, photography, bush walking, beach combing and fishing with her partner Joseph.

'Anna attributes her keen observation of nature, people and the environment to her childhood upbringing in Maffra, and her love of reading and art to her early education with the Sisters of St Joseph.'
