BiographyHistory

In 1990 Collins Publishers merged with Harper & Row (New York publisher) to create the global HarperCollins brand. News Corp is the parent company of HarperCollins.

HarperCollins UK has branches in London, Glasgow, Dublin and Honley.

HarperCollins UK imprints include: Collins, HarperCollins Children's Books, and Borough Press. After they acquired Egmont Books (formerly Egmont UK Ltd) from the Danish media group Egmont, they rebranded the imprint as Farshore.
