BiographyHistory

Dr Minette Hillyer is a lecturer in the School of English, Film, Theatre and Media Studies at The Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Her research focus is on moving image historiography and visual culture, with a particular emphasis on amateur, ephemeral, and social scientific films and television programmes, and New Zealand silent cinema.
