  • References written to support his application for membership of the Institution of Radio Engineers (Australia) Inc., detailing his background in experimental radio in Brisbane, 1933

Comments

Arthur Ernest Dillon believed he was the first sound broadcaster in Queensland, though this has not always been recognised. The material in this archive provides documents he collected to support his claim.

Prior to his work in radio, Dillon wrote for magazines in the 1920s and 1930s.
