— Appears in: The Queenslander , 1 October 1936; (p. 5,8) A man accuses his neighbour's boy of killing his bees. This causes a rift between the boy's brother and the beekeeper's daughter. An Aboriginal child takes advantage of the situation and delights in tormenting the beekeeper eventually causing dogs, pigs, cows and bees to devastate his garden. The beekeeper realises his mistake, apologises and the lovers are reunited.
