Appendix D contains biographical accounts of more than eighty Australian music theatre practitioners. All entries have since been added to the Austlit database. A number of the biographies have been abridged, however. For more extensive biographical insights into these particular individuals see the general subjects section above.
The following is a list of all practitioners accorded biographical attention in the thesis appendices. Although some individuals have received historical attention previously (i.e., Alfred Dampier, George Darrell, Alfred Hill, Marcus Clarke etc), this thesis looks more closely at aspects relating to music theatre rather than their other creative pursuits - drama, novels etc:
