In 2018, after accusations against star Craig McLachlan during a production of Rocky Horror Picture Show, the series was continued on a different network as The Blake Mysteries, and with a different premise: in the absence of McLachlan's character Dr Lucien Blake, co-star Nadine Garner moved to the forefront as amateur sleuth Jean Blake.
