Susan Wyndham reports on a decision by Angus and Robertson Booksellers to no longer stock books distributed on behalf of small publishers unless their distributors pay a fee. In a letter to distributors, Angus and Robertson said: 'The payment represents the gap for your business and moves it from an uacceptable level of profitability'.
