Censorship notes: The book was first referred to the Literature Censorship Board in 1956. The Chair removed the title from prohibition and placed it on restricted circulation for University of Sydney students on 16.09.1956. This was maintained at the 1958 and 1963 reviews. The book was released on 04.01.1971.
