  • Mexico and Spain were among the more popular foreign settings for Australian revusicals between 1916 and the late 1920s. See, for example, Stiffy and Mo as Mexicans (1918), Les Bates's In Mexico (1916), and Billy Cass's similar 1927 revusical.
