A similarly titled farce was staged in 1914 (1-7 January) by Joe Charles, then appearing at the Empire Theatre, Brisbane, with Post Mason's (q.v.) Record Breakers. Although Charles claims in the Theatre Magazine (November 1914, p.36) that the farce was his own creation, it is possible that it was adapted from or influenced by Bent's original piece.
