Notes
-
Although described in the Theatre as 'Arthur Morley's original one act Hawaiian extravaganza' (March 1918, p33), Australian Variety indicates that it was 'a one act pantomime' (15 February 1918, n. pag.). The pantomime reference may have been in response, however, to Jack Kearns playing a dame role in the production.
