AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'Clarissa is a thirty something alpha-female who lies about her age, is rude to waiters and never apologises. She longs for her acting career to take off and to have a satisfying love life. If she can just get her married, alcoholic boyfriend to go into detox and leave her alone for five minutes, things may start to go her way. But Clarissa has a secret. Something she thought she had put to rest is coming back to haunt her. Perched on the tightrope of being a new woman in the 21st century, she thinks she has everything under control... but is she about to fall from a great height? Grappling with personal ethics and matters of the heart, Tango is a poignant, fast-moving black comedy.' http://www.perththeatre.com.au/production.asp?id=69 (Sighted 22/02/05)
