Peter Bobtail and his friend Waddle the wombat try to save a dwarf who has been hurt by a fallen tree. As they do so, the dwarf tells them a story about the Black Forest in the Valley of the Seven Hills, and a treasure that he sought there. Will Peter and Waddle find the treasure - or will they be attacked by the fierce and cunning bat-men?
