He notes differences of style and layout in the physical publications and, in terms of writing style, comments 'I think that in every case the Australians put their literary soul on the line. I didn't get that feeling with the American stories.' -

So incenced is O'Neill that he has lodged a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission under the Trade Practices Act in relation to the use of the word 'best' in the anthology's title. -
