  • Extract included in Angry Penguins with the following editor's note: Two stanzas from 'The Incarnation of Sirius', Meanjin Papers, by James McAuley, a well-known follower and literary disciple of Ern. Malley. This poem, though, of course, derivative, exhibits some of the unique qualities of the Master.
