AbstractHistoryArchive Description

Provides an overview of the N-Plan - the National Plan for Australia's newspapers. The project was established in the early 1990s to develop a concerted approach to the status and preservation of Australia's newspapers, including small, local papers. Russell describes the progress being achieved in microfilming many of these papers.
