      • At end of each of the Bandicoot Ballads, publication details are given: the first four printed by Simpson Halligan, Brisbane; the remainder printed by the Ram Skull Press, Ferntree Gully, Victoria.
      • The first four ballads are illustrated with lino-cuts, illustrator not named; the remainder by R.G. Edwards.
