BiographyHistory

Anna Jeleniewska was born in Warsaw, Poland in 1956 and later emigrated to Australia, settling in Darwin. She is an author of poetry, fiction and critical prose and has made translations of fiction from English to Polish. Her work has appeared in the Polish Australian monthly Kurier Zachodni. In 1994 her translation of Graham Masterton's novel Railroad appeared in Poland (Droga żelazna, Poznań).
