BiographyHistory

Stefania Buczak-Zarzycka was born in Kokoszynce, Poland and deported to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) in 1940. She emigrated to Australia from East Africa. Her record of the experiences of deportees, Kwaheri Africa, was published in 1986.
