BiographyHistory

Christine Stewart was adopted at nine months old by an Anglo-Australian family, after her Aboriginal mother had died from hepatitis and malnutrition. During the early 1980s Christine was one of five Aboriginal students attending the Melbourne University doing an Arts and Social Work degrees.
