BiographyHistory

Dr Moira McKinnon trained in Western Australia and has worked as a population health and infectious disease specialist with a particular focus on emerging infectious diseases. 'McKinnon spent five years as the Federal Government's main advisor on communicable diseases in the Department of Health and Ageing where she also chaired the National Arbovirus and Malaria Advisory Committee.
