Ad Nauseum : A Night of Infidelity 2010 single work drama

' ... is a monologue following one man's night through the streets and bars of some city or other. Using poetic language and a musical score of waltzes and rock music, the piece is a fractured celebration of excess, egoism and regret, themes that all come at the end of altruism. As the night progresses, using sarcasm and black comedy, the character reveals his various desires and the inevitability of their being played out; and they are played out. And as the audience are taken further and further into his night (maybe further than they wanted to go), they discover that perhaps they're not all that different from him.'
