BiographyHistory

Tom Smith was born in a wheat field in Werris Creek, New South Wales. It was a story that was well documented in local newspapers as 'the first child born in a wheat field'. After playing Grade football for South Sydney, Parramatta and Western Suburbs for a total of nine years, Smith moved out of Sydney, to Airds, New South Wales, with his wife and family.
