'Yeah, my name is Maurie Ryan. I'm here at Kalkaringi recording my story. I was born in 1948 which makes me 67. I was born at Wave Hill Station - they called it Jinparrak - under the birthing tree where my mothers, sisters, and my grandmother brought me into this world.
