BiographyHistory

'Ben Hodges is of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent with bloodlines that trace back to Jamaica, China and England. He studied Art and Design at Queensland TAFE and has has been a professional artist for many years.' In 2005 he won the NAIDOC poster competition which had the theme of 'Our Future Begins With Solidarity.' His entry was titled ' Lift Our Spirits'. Source: www.magabala.com/ (Sighted 02/06/2009).
