BiographyHistory

Eleanor Anne Bourke, Dip Arts Journalism (RMIT), BA Writing (CCAE), MEdStud (Adelaide), JP, Assc Professor in Indigenous Affairs. Bourke is a descendant of the Wergaia and Wamba Wamba peoples of western Victoria. She speaks fluently Greek, and has forged research links with Indigenous peoples from USA and New Zealand in her capacity as the Director of the Aboriginal Research Institute, Faculty of Aboriginal and Islander Studies, University of South Australia.
