BiographyHistory

Philippa Moore was born in 1981 in Hobart, Tasmania. She has also lived in Melbourne, and moved to the UK in 2007 where she has worked as a freelance writer and editor.

Moore has a Bachelor of Arts with first-class honours in English from the University of Tasmania. Her creative work and journalism has appeared in Smoke: A London Peculiar, Trespass, Cosmopolitan, CLEO, Elle, Sunday Life, Huffington Post, Running Fitness, Agri Investor, and the British Medical Journal, among others. She was also a contributor to the inaugural Australia & New Zealand Festival of Literature & the Arts in London in 2014.

In 2011, she won the Cosmopolitan Blog Awards (best health, diet and fitness blog).
