'Мостови was established in 1970 as a journal of the Association of Literary Translators of Serbia. The first editor was Dr. Slobodan A. Jovanovic. First, a representative newsroom consisted of: Nikola Bertolino, Svetozar Brkic, Dr. Milos Djordjevic, Branimir Živojinović, John Janićijević, Ranka Kuić, Mira Lalic, Ivanka Marković, Olga Moskovljević, Roksanda Njeguš, Slobodan Petković, Marija Stojiljkovic, Vera Stojiæ, Ivan Čolović and Milena Safarik.'
