AbstractHistoryArchive Description

In a world devastated by nuclear war, one city depends on fresh air drawn from high in the atmosphere through labyrinthine tunnels, the only way to survive in the deadly smog. These tunnels are under the control of the elite 'Air Force'. But when Air Force member Rat Lucci learns that wealthy industrialist Ed Conrad not only murdered Rat's father but also plans to hold the city hostage to his new synthetic air, he infiltrates Conrad's organisation to try and bring him down.

  • Part of a series of made-for-television films produced by American broadcast network UPN in association with Blockbuster Video, broadcast between 1995 and c.2003 under the umbrella title 'Blockbuster Shockwave Cinema'. Almost all films in the series were science-fiction but, with the exception of this and Curse of the Talisman, all were scripted by American writers.
