BiographyHistory

After completing a German honours course at the University of Sydney in 1942, Keith Leopold served in Australian Special Intelligence and later joined the Department of External Affairs. In 1946, he joined the staff in the German Department at the University of Sydney. From 1947, he was Head of the German Department at the University of Queensland. He published stories, readers and grammar texts for young adolescents in a range of languages including German, French and English.
