AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'Three beautiful but deadly vixens take over a small beachside community. But this town has a dark secret that not even the locals will acknowledge. An ancient evil sleeps in the great deep sea but now the girls have unwittingly pissed it off. The Kraken awakes! Let the blood bath ensue...'

A low-budget horror film, El Monstro Del Mar! consciously harkens back to the exploitation and creature-feature films of the 1950s and 1960s, with a deliberate rockabilly aesthetic and a great deal of gore.
