(p. 943)Report by the Colonial Observer of the outcome of a second trial for libel over the publication of an article 'The Late Executions for Piracy' which was published in the Observer, 30 November 1842. Both trials, in January and April 1843, were reported in the Sydney newspapers of the time in articles and letters.
