'Many Australian rugby supporters might recognise Stan Bisset as having been, until his death in October 2010, the oldest living Wallaby, the only surviving member of the ill-fated 1939 touring team and a real rugby legend. Others might recognise him as one of the most distinguished and heroic officers to fight the Japanese on the Kokoda Track.' Source: Libraries Australia (Sighted 31/08/2011).
