Notes
-
Dedication: I dedicate this book to the two ladies in my life: my late mother, Necha Bluma, known as Natalie, for her bravery and her loving and gentle guidance, support and wisdom, and to my wife Liz, for her love and devotion, for keeping me on the straight and narrow, for encouraging and supporting the idea of this book and for her practical suggestions and constructive criticism. The book is also written in memory of my father, with his tireless determination to keep his family safe through times of blatant disregard for other people’s lives.
