AbstractHistoryArchive Description

Sean Nicholls reports on a New South Wales budget estimates committee hearing in which the Director General of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, Brendan O'Reilly, was questioned on 'conflict of interest' protocols. The questioning related to the relationship between Arts Minister Virginia Judge and playwright Kosta Nikas, and Nikas's attendance at official meetings. O'Reilly was unaware of whether Judge had made a disclosure.
