Notes

  • Dedication: I wish to dedicate this book to my darling wife, Marjorie, who was not specifically designed for rough roads but has negotiated them remarkably well. She can also type, thank goodness. I also wish to thank all those people who wee fortunate enough to live when the material for this book was obtained. Without them this book would have been extremely difficult to compile.
