Note:
Notice to subscribers above the editorial columns in the last issue: When the Perth Gazette was first issued, there was no official Gazette published, and the title was not inappropriate; but since the publication of a 'Gazette' by the Government, it has been felt by many to be a misnomer. It has therefore been determined to drop that title, and publish this Paper, from its next issue, under its second title only, viz., The Western Australian Times.
