AbstractHistoryArchive Description
Crossland tells the story of an old man whose campsite was surrounded by thousands of tin cans he was collecting to sell for scrap metal. However, as rat-kangaroos were creating a racket at night amongst all the metal, the old man killed one and strung it up - accompanied by a written warning - to deter the others.
