Lord William and companion Duncan find a skeleton and gold in Western Australia. Coincidentally, the murdered man is one they knew in Scotland. They return to Scotland with an Aboriginal whom they shot and nursed to back to health. The murderer is uncovered and the reef yields gold. All marry and stay in Scotland.
