  • The first in an exchange of letters between Bedford and a reader named 'Barring Emory', on the subject of Australian copyright, writers' renumeration, taxation, etc. Bedford's initial letter was in part inspired by Nettie Palmer's article on Will Dyson which had appeared in Saturday's Brisbane Courier.
