AbstractHistoryArchive Description

With their hopes of a career in the army dashed, and their father having recently died from pneumonia, Jeff and Tom Trevor accompany their uncle to Australia, where he has established a sheep station, 'Anzac'. Before they arrive at the property, they are washed off 'Manley' [sic] beach and rescued by a P. & O. cruise ship and encounter a bank robber. At 'Anzac', they are embroiled in mysterious happenings, dress in hoods like the Ku-Klux Klan to 'kidnap' a doctor to assist them, and find a treasure map. On their hunt for treasure, Jeff must be rescued from an old mine.
