AbstractHistoryArchive Description

A party of 30 English schoolboys on an Empire tour in a 4-engine monoplane discover that the crew are at the command of a gangster, Al Maroni. The crew mutinies and leaves the captain on a Pacific island, taking the boys on to the desolate 'Never Never Land' of Australia to hold for ransom. With the aid of 'the savage blacks', Dale of the Mounted Police, Flying-Officer Flint, and the 'tough young bushman', Terry Tanner, 'the gansters, the desert, and the blacks are defeated'.
