AbstractHistoryArchive Description
Light and satirical in tone, the hero of the story is a penniless young writer who becomes involved with a departed spirit which communicates using telepathy. Graham Stone writes that nothing much seems to happen in the narrative, while the mystery of the telepathic communication barely explained. He further notes that no scientific content is included, nor is any conclusion reached (Notes, 103).
