  • Here Nina Lowe provides background on the small rock-climbing club who were active in the Blue Mountains, near Katoomba, in the early 1930s. The club comprised both men and women, and included a number of Blue Mountains intellectual and literary figures, such as Eric and Eleanor Dark, Osmar White, Eric and Nina Lowe, etc. Includes a photo of Eleanor Dark climbing a rocky section.
