Graeme Kinross Smith writes of his great-great grandfather, Robert Menzies of Minnamurra, who left Scotland in 1838 and arrived in NSW on January 2, 1839, to settle in Jamberoo. Quotes are included from Margaret Menzies, including mention of a local Aboriginal elder 'William Roberts, King of Jamberoo...' (101).
