Includes resolution to thank 'young portrait painter' Edward J. Turner of Richmond for his efforts in compiling a Lawson bibliography. Turner is praised for preserving 'from complete oblivion many of Lawson's fugitive poems and sketches' and his address is given for any who have any 'material relative to Lawson's life and work'.
