Notes:

1. A number of sources indicate that Lee Stanley was either the screenwriter (excluding Carmen Culver) or co-screenwriter (with Culver). His involvement in the production cannot be confirmed at this stage, however.
2. The ABC (USA) scheduled the series to be aired in three-hour timeslots (Parts 1 and 4) and two-hour timeslots (Parts 2 and 3).
