Big Claims Need Backing, Rob O'Neill , single work criticism
O'Neill takes issue with Moorhouse's selection process for The Best Australian Stories 2004 and with the claim implicit in the title that the stories chosen were the 'best' available. So incenced is O'Neill that he has lodged a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission under the Trade Practices Act in relation to the use of the word 'best' in the anthology's title.
