AbstractHistoryArchive Description

The lady seeking lodgings in Melbourne in an earlier issue of the AJ is now keeping lodgers herself. Her small furnished room is first let to a coquettish 40 year-old lady, but she is quickly replaced by the wealthy older gentleman she has been pursuing who determined to frustrate her plans. Warm, funny story. (PB)
